The last while has been a bit of a struggle emotionally speaking so being able to ramble across the yard to the shed has been an absolute lifeline. We still have a few crops in the ground – cabbage for lifting later in the week – but, with winter setting in, it will be a case of either finding or coming up with new ways of whiling away the time.

As some of you will hopefully have seen in the last shed video, lately that has meant getting back into a bit woodwork. Naturally, in my circumstances there has to be improvisation from accepted norms to render things doable. Today’s delivery should make a huge difference to being able to able to carry on and indeed make progress at the woodwork.
