Unfortunately, I have to admit to being a little bit under the black cloud again over the last while, but my beautiful lady is not only guiding me back to a more peaceful place in mind but gently coaxed and persuaded me back out to the vegetable crops again.

Now, naturally, as has always been the case negotiating life’s journey from this position. So, just as you would have seen me plant veg crops in seedling trays at the sink in the office earlier in the year, now, for some of them, the journey has come full circle.

However, with the weather gone colder and evenings darker, what could be seen as a drawback was turned into a unique opportunity. Thus, we bring you what is possibly Ireland’s first indoor vegetable harvest!
