At last, the shroud of secrecy has been lifted and Meath now know the two possible venues at which they will begin their 2026 Championship journey in 11 days time.
If they are facing Mark McHugh’s Westmeath side, it will be the now familiar surrounds of Glenisk O’Connor Park in Tullamore.
However, should Mike Solan’s improving Longford group – promoted from Div. 4 of the National League along with champions Carlow – provide the opposition, it will be Laois Hire O’Moore Park being keyed into the sat navs of the Royal County faithful.
