Boylan Talks Sport was started to let the world know what a great talent Brendan Boylan is as a journalist.

For many years Brendan has been writing about Sport, Farming and Irish Culture.  We at Soulshed believed it was time to give Brendan the platform he so rightly deserves.

0ne Hundred Thousand Welcomes.

 

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to my site.  Without the help from my friends, I do not think I would have had the will power to start this fantastic website.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all your kind words.  They truly give me great inspiration.  As many of you know, I have been a Freelance Journalist for all of my adult life, specializing in all things Irish.  My biggest enjoyment comes from the sport I hold dearest which is Gaelic Games, or as we Irish call it “The GAA”.  A close second would by my passion for Horse Racing.  As a lover of all sports, from many countries, I am compelled to write about the other sports that we all love, like Soccer, Rugby, and Boxing to name the top ones.  I have been honoured to write articles for one of Ireland’s top sporting websites, An Fear Rua – The GAA Unplugged, as well as in the Hoganstand magazine and the Meath GAA Yearbook since 2001.  You can also read my 2 page spread in The Meath Echo.

 

I hope to be publishing books in the near future, so please watch this space.  I will wrap this up by thanking you all again for checking out Boylan Talks Sport.
