Boylan Does Dinner…Again! Trying another bit of cooking this evening, obviously with the help of the first lady! Having seen several chef’s on YouTube doing dishes with Belly Pork, it was always something a go was going to be had at. Initially that would’ve meant in terms of eating it, but, by the day, Susie is showing me more and more things that are in fact not impossible.
During filming, mention was made of putting ingredients in the description, but, in the end, we simply seasoned the pork strips in salt and pepper before browning them off on the pan and then oven roasting for 10 to 12 minutes. We will certainly by doing it again, only next time we will definitely be leaving the skin on in order to have some of the utterly delectable crackling.
