Three changes for odyssey into the Kingdom

Ahead of the weekend’s Allianz NHL Round 3 assignment against what’s likely to a weakened Kerry side, the Meath management have made three changes from the amalgam which lost out to Carlow.

Mickey Burke, Niall McLarnon and Paul Kelly drop out of the starting 15 and are replaced by Seanie Geraghty, Kris Gorman and Daire Shine.

The experienced Geraghty takes up station at corner back in a direct swap with the Longwood legend, while the other alterations also necessitate some positional realignments.

Daire Shine slots into the No. 5 jersey, while Gorman and the other Shine twin, Tom, form a new midfield partnership. The attacking sextet remains unchanged.

James Toher will lead the Meath attack against Kerry
