Robbie Brennan’s first interview as Meath senior football manager

Robbie Brennan sits down with Meath Co Committee P.R.O. Brian Kelly for his first interview since his appointment as successor to Colm O’Rourke. In a wide ranging discussion, the new boss discusses his own Meath lineage, the unique place his dad Pat holds in the Wolfe Tones club, growing up as a Meath man in Dublin and becoming immersed in all things St Peter’s, Dunboyne.

He also goes into considerable detail regarding how the recruitment of Joe McMahon and Martin Corey and how crucial the addition of Conor Gillespie will be to advancing the project forward.

Robbie Brennan will be desperately trying to hold onto Eamonn Armstrong as the greedy Australians come sniffing.
