Meath reveal hand for Wexford encounter

Cathal O’Bric has made 13 changes to the side which lost out to Offaly late on last week ahead of tonight’s (Wednesday) Leinster U-20 FC quarter final against Wexford in Ashbourne.

Only Dunshaughlin’s Fiach Hartigan and Zach Thornton from the host club are retained from the completely different 15 which took on the Faithful County a week ago.

Jamie Murphy will be a key man if Meath are to progress

In addition, their inclusion prompts several positional alterations with Hartigan going from full back out to the left wing, Kilbride’s Finn White shifting over to the No. 6 berth with – very surprisingly – John Gormley dropping out of the matchday panel altogether.

Up front, John Harkin will once again lead the attack while local lad Thornton replaces the again luckless Cian Commons on the left flank.
