Following in the footsteps of the club’s first and third teams, the black and ambers second string qualified for their League final when having seven points to spare over the Hoops at Kepak Park on Friday evening.
Two of the home side’s first three scores were goals – scored by Darragh Nolan and Simon Cunningham – which enabled the construction of a 2-08 to 0-03 interval advantage and remained, ultimately, the difference between the sides until the end.
