Hardly surprisingly, the Meath senior football management have decided to stick with the winning formula which sees them within touching distance of getting out of Div. 2 of the National Football League for the first time since 2019. So, in a manner of speaking, you could say they’re hoping to go out the same way they came in on Sunday!
We may not have a Big Tom anywhere on the team but we’ve had any amount of leaders imbued with all the traditional Meath qualities as we’ve traveled the four country roads towards the further development and progression of this exciting team.

In a strange way, maybe the most exciting thing is knowing the amount of talented players who haven’t been able to break into the matchday 26s due to the levels of performance being produced by those in situ. Not a bad conundrum to have!
