The return of county U-20s Eoin McCrudden, Charlie Gallagher and John Harkin failed to provide the expected spark as Dunboyne fell to a second defeat in the FL Div. 1 on Saturday evening last away to the county champions.
Only a point, 0-09 to 0-10, separated the sides at the short whistle, but thereafter Dave Clare’s charges had little difficulty in continuing their recent dominance over their manager’s kinfolk, outscoring them by 1-15 to 0-06.
